• What are the payment options?

  You can choose between various payment methods:

  • Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • Mastercard
  • VISA
  • Bank transfer
  • Invoice (provided you have sufficient credit)

  During the order process, you can choose your desired payment method (step 2 of the order process).

• Is it possible to pay later?

  Yes it is, provided you have sufficient credit.

• Where can I download the drivers for my Elo touch screen?

  Click here to visit the Elo website. You will find all the Elo drivers here.

• Where can I download the drivers for my Luvox touch screen?

  For Luvox touch screens there are two possibilities:

  1. Is there IT, AT or CT in the product description?
     Then you need the Elo drivers. Click here to download the correct Elo driver.
  2. If there is IR in the product description and you have:
     a. Windows Vista (or later): then you don't need a driver.
     b. An older Windows version: click here to download the correct driver.
• My screen is faulty. What should I do?

  Go to the support page on our website.

• The touch is not well aligned, what should I do?
  1. Clear the screen completely. Remove stickers, protective film, etc. so that the entire front of the screen is clear. Also clean the black edges of the glass plate (for example on an iTouch).
  2. Clean the edges with a pointed object (for example a cotton swab or a toothpick).
  3. Switch the power off for at least 10 seconds.
  4. Calibrate the appliance again via the Elo driver.
• I would like to have some technical information about a product I want to buy

  1. Go to www.elotouch.com and choose your product from the list
  2. Click on ‘learn more’
  3. Click on ‘resources’
  4. Click on ‘Go’ under ‘Drawings and Certificates’
