External amplifier for Panphonics - ADX-31-U (USB/AUX/XLR)

ADX-31-U is an audio amplifier for Panphonics electrostatic speakers with USB for digital audio input. It is designed to connect Panphonics Passive Sound Shower and Compact speakers to simple audio systems with a direct connection to audio source. ADX-31-U can also be used in larger and more complex audio installations.

ADX-31-U features:

• USB-input for digital audio,

• AUX input for unbalanced analog audio signals,

• an isolated XLR-input for balanced analog audio signals,

• user-selectable power-up behavior, and

• two preset EQ- filters.

One ADX-31-U unit can operate up to:

• 3 units of 60X60 Panphonics speakers,

• 9 units of 60X20 Panphonics speakers,

• 4 units of 120X20 Panphonics speakers,

• or any combination of the above, as long as the total surface area is not more than

3 units of 60X60 Panphonics speakers.

By the digital USB audio connection, it is easy to design and build simple audio sys-

tems without interference. Analog inputs serve installations where digital audio is not

used.
