HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT?
To facilitate safe transportation, please ensure that the product is not in contact with the inside surfaces of the box. Our courier service stipulates a minimum of 5 cm between the product and the inside of the box. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the product is secured in place in the box and cannot shift inside the box during transportation. If packaging does not meet these criteria, we will be obliged to apply a surcharge of € 25 for additional packaging when returning the product to you.
